At Michele Peresso, we value the importance of tradition and Easter is a time when that spirit truly comes to life. As part of our annual celebration, each employee received a figolla, the beloved Maltese almond-filled pastry that is a staple of the season.

For many, it is a familiar childhood favourite but for others, it is an introduction to one of Malta’s most cherished traditions.
